Podzol Mining Region / Admin Shop

Hello, I would like to know if a region could be made mainly for players who would like to gather Podzol, or an admin shop that could sell it. I figured since it's a block that can't grow to nearby dirt and is hard to farm in large numbers, it'd be best for there to be a region made for mining it, sort of like how Icemine is for Packed Ice and Mine is for clay, stone, ore, and sand. It would obviously have to be a region that would be reset now and then as well. If not a region though, maybe a shop?
