Heya Hermits,
Some of your fellow Seniors and I have been working hard on the Market Region trying to make it the best that it can be. This means running around taking requests, expanding plots, covering death holes, and even opening up new admin shops here and there. So, in order to keep things organized, we'll be revamping the way shop applications are done in the forums and how the Market Rules are organized. If you have the time, please familiarize yourself with some of the new key changes. Click here to read the Market Rules in their entirety.
Thank you everyone for continuing to make the Market so successful!
Sincerely,
Your friendly neighbourhood veeeSix.

[New!] Shop Expiration
With the limited amount of space in the Market and our ever-growing population, shops that are found to be inactive for approximately 45-60 days are subject to being removed or sold without the original owner's permission. Any and all merchandise left in the store may be destroyed or safely stored in a safe location depending on the amount and their rarity (i.e. enchanted books, iron blocks, etc.)

[New!] Tips on opening a successful shop
1. Build a store with an interesting design! Design an interesting eye-catching building that gets people to walk into your store.
2. To make the most of your floor space consider linking all of your signs back to your home base. First, this way you have more room to sell items without having to find room to store all your merchandise. And secondly, if a market claim suddenly disappears, your items are safe and sound at home. This also prevents trusted players from stealing from each other in shared builds.
3. Keep your chests replenished so your stock never runs out.

[New!] Shop Ownership and Trust
Players are now only allowed to occupy two shops at any given time. This means you are allowed to own one shop and have trust in one other, or have trust in two shops without owning your own shop. The only exception to this rule is for Mayors that own a Region Shop. See details on Lvl.7 Plots.

[New!] Build Restrictions
1. As a general rule please keep shop heights at a maximum of 110-120. If your shop absolutely must go above that height, please ensure that there is a specific purpose other than being tall and noticeable.
2. Fence banners that stretch out into the sky are not allowed and are ugly in general.
