i had a couple claimes in the end and for some reason when i go there my stuff are all gone!
there where 2 double chests and 2 furnices and a admin must have removed my claim
please, if possible tell me who did it and also can i get my stuff back i had an op diamond helmet that i lost

also can you add the command block where if you kill someone you get there head?
and the one that tells you how many deaths you have on the server?

If I remember correctly, you put a claim over the end portal. This would have been removed as it would block other players from resummoning the dragon. I don't remember any chests, but I can check. They may have been destroyed by the dragon. edit:They were destroyed when the dragon was resummoned
Command block mods won't work on Spigot servers and we have too many plugins already, no more are likely unless we really need them.
Player heads are currently available as a donator item.

Seniors had a sign up since the dragon fight telling players around spawn in the end not to build there. Why did you decide to build there at all?

i build there because
1. there was no sign when i was building
2. i thought that there was the gamerule mob greifing and mob griefing was both turned off because creepers did no damage when exploded

Mob griefing as a gamerule is not set to false. Griefing in the overworld is turned off, but it only strictly applies to the overworld. This is why ghasts still blow up blocks in the nether and the dragon destroys things on the main island.
