I am having issues getting on the server. It says that I cannot connect with host. Any ideas?

Sorry to get back to you so late. What does it look like before you try to hop on the server? And which IP are you using to connect?
Are you able to see our player list or does it say Voridy's build server?

No problem, you guys have lives outside of Blockhermit  i am able to get on now. I messed around with something and was able to connect. Im not sure what was going on! Thanks for your reponse! |

it says the server is still on 1.11 while im on 1.12 D:

What does the text say? If it says Voridy's build server, you may need to refresh until you see it says "blockhermit"

Our website IP is an external IP that links to our numeric host IP which shares its host with other servers. By default, minecraft IPs port to 25565 but ours is 30200. When a client tries to connect using our external, sometimes the communication is not fully completed making your client try to connect to the default port which in our host's case is Voridy's build server. The only workaround to this 100% of the time is to use our numeric IP which is:
198.24.171.26:30200
