Seaview Claims

So I decided to make a path to the other side of the river in Seaview Region, where I am co-mayor. I started the path at 2533//-183 and went west. After like 5 blocks, I ran into "Ooops's " claim. He/she didn't ask if they could claim there, they aren't a resident, and they claimed it for no reason, as there isn't anything there.

Could I please have this removed?
