How to Increase Your FPS

Minecraft (Java) is mostly automatically being run on another (worse) GPU (Graphics Card) then your better one, as Java is a lightweight program that doesn't ("") require much GPU power. Most of the time, this is OR and integrated GPU, OR it is a second GPU that is worse. First, you have to know on what GPU Minecraft runs. To test this, you have to know what your better GPU is. For example, my better GPU is my NVIDIA. Go in game and press F3. On the top right, it should say "Display: ..." etc. If it says your worse GPU is being used for the game, follow this tutorial. If it says your better GPU is used for the game, you're all good.

Increasing Your FPS
Now, of course, this changed my FPS a lot. From around 20-70 FPS on the BlockHermit server to my normal 200-300.
1. To do this go to your better GPU control panel. Most of the time this is accessible by right-clicking on your desktop screen, or by clicking the arrow in the bottom right corner of your screen, and clicking the GPU control panel.
2. Go to your 3D-settings and choose Program settings. This should be the same for most GPU companies.
3. Click "add". Choose (I don't know how its called in English. I mean the more options button.) paging.
4. Locate "This PC". Then go like this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_131\bin".
5. Locate "javaw". Double click it and it should be added to your programs list. It's standard should be "Integrated Graphics" or your worse GPU.
6. Change this to your preferred GPU and close the tab.
7. Restart Minecraft, it should've changed to your desired GPU in your F3 menu.
