I'm flying in the end on my elytra searching for a end city but all of a sudden everything diasapeara on my screen and I'm scared to die, also running out of fire works. I disconnected before I feel into the void, however can someone help me figure out why I can't see myself or any of the end islands ?

If you are above world height, you and the ground will of course disappear from your screen. This can also be a render problem. Try reconnecting. If it's normal again, you're good. If it's not, quickly press F3 and look at your Y level for safety and if you're above world height, go lower. If only the islands have disappeared, you are probably too close to the end island.

I just got back on the server and I was going to work on my base and when I tried to it said it was claimed by someone else even though I had claimed the whole thing, can this be fixed.

how is that even close to be related to the end/elytra glich?
you can ask a senior about it, if you did not visit that claim for 60+ days, you claim will disappear
