where can I find a list of the public regions?

With the time goes on, I notice that there are much more "public" regions then what I thought there are. I want to have a list of all the public regions so I'll be able to use all of the public farms, buy from all of the shops, and explore some epic builds.
So if you can tell me where I can find a list of all of the public regions in Block Hermit, please do.
