Being respectful only because the server might shut down is ridonculous. We should all be nice because we want to be good people. If we are only respectful to keep the server alive, once the threat of the server shutting down is removed, will just return to the previous chaos. I get that we want to keep the server alive but being nice for the wrong reasons will only make things worse. Just be kind, genuine people and everything'll be fine  |

I completely agree with you.
There is absolutely no point in acting nice and respectful to other just because the server could be shutdown.
Everyone should have respect for others 24/7, whatever mood and whatever time of day it is. Being rude and hostile to players on the server just shows that you are not capable of mingling with other people and have a negative impact towards the BlockHermit community. Nobody wants a player on the server that acts like that so, as Crashing said, be nice, be respectful and play fair in general unless you want to destroy the server and community Hayan has worked on and put her own money into, for years on end.
If anything, players should be respectful on the server for Hayan, at least! She has devoted so much money and so much of her free time to the server and just think about what you are doing to her when she finds out that people cannot get along with eachother and cannot follow the rules. You hurt her on the inside! You destroy her creation!
If you want the server to survive, people better start bucking their ideas and start acting respectful towards eachother and the seniors on the server, period.
