I have been building a huge base in Hillbay, but my problem is that i cant claim a bigger area because someone has claimed something next to me and i wonder if it can be unclaimed because its really annoying and i also think he hasnt been on for a long time.

Claims are limited for performance reasons. The more claims there are, the more memory is used.

Claim is by _Koren_, it's only 11 days since they were last logged on so too soon to remove the claim. |

well theres something weird with this claim i thought if you claimed an area it would go all the way down to y=0 and y=250, but this claim stops a y=44, and under that is an unclaimed area of my base, is there a way to claim it?

oh but.. do claims remove themselves after the right period of time? or do seniors have to remove them manually on request?

I think there's a size threshold for larger claims, but after about 60 days of inactivity the claims expire themselves. I had to wait before expanding in to my region
