slime not spawning

So, i have been mining out the coords of a slime chunk mayan gave me:

I am currently at level 30, and I see no slime spawning, I was wondering if:

1. Slimes spawn under level 30
2. hayan gave me the wrong slime chunks
3. i am the best of the best

Also, wixler, you can always get us to double check for you in the slime chunk request. We do it based on the coordinates you supply so if there is an incorrect placement of a negative by you or us, it will give entirely different results. But general discussion is not the place to do so either way.
