There should be a broadcast when you buy an item. I noticed it when I bought a head. Is it broken?

I bought an item on the store, the player head, but it didn't give a broadcast which could be a good function to add in.

As we don't want to particularly advertise donating nor do we want players to be able to boast about their donating, we keep that rather quiet.
