Large Newtown Shopping District

I noticed that there are larger shops opening up in Newtown that are able to carry far more items than a simple shop. I was wondering if I could get a plot there as well to move my Wool & Dye shop from the Hammer Region there as well. As it stands I carry 62 unique items with more relatable merchandise along the way.
It looks like 12x12 shops are available, so I'd like to set up shop next to either the magma shop or the giant enchanting table shop. However, in order to use the space next to the giant enchanting table better I'd like to use an 8x18 area instead (keeping up with the 144 block claimspace) (with permission to adjust the space between the shop walls and the pathway).
Let me know what you guys can do!
