I was thinking sense mob grinder arn't efficient cause of mob cape, Newtown could sell creeper spawnera and things...

that is not really survival, since this is a semi survival server (the semi means that there are MINOR plug-ins in the server to prevent things or easy use)
You can easily make a creeper farm, look it up on youtube, you will find about 334K results (Literally)

We don't even have the plugin to make spawners tangible anyway. It's very un-vanilla.
