There is a base owned by eloipod at 1017 70 -472 in memory region the property around the base has mobs spawning because it's dark and I can't light it up. I haven't seen him on at all and the base hasn't been built upon either. Can it be removed?

This is extremely insensitive.
Have you actually talked to him? I know he is still very much an active. Find a place to work that's not claimed.

I have often seen eloipod on, and if you can't light it up because it's claimed, you shouldn't be there anyway.

Just ask him  Eloipod isn't as active on BlockHermit as he used to be, but he is on Minecraft and Discord everyday! I've already sent him the link to this thread, and I've told him if he could light it up 🙂. |

he is never on when I am on, but he is my neighbor and the mobs wander over to my area

I have left a sign on the border of our properties though, but I have just logged on ad the place is lit up so I am good.
