Warning: Do not build in region Sandcove

Hi,
I recently adopted region sandcove. Before I, the region was extremely griefed. It was graciously regenerated by a kind senior.
Although I do not have enough claim blocks to claim the entire region, it is still a private region. I cannot stress this enough:
DO NOT BUILD OR MINE IN REGION SANDCOVE
All builds will be destroyed and any griefers will be punished. You will not be compensated for anything you lose.
No incidents have occurred as of now, so this will serve as a warning to everyone.
On a different note, the region is open for anyone to look around in and possibly get inspiration.
