Hi,
just wonder if the anti-creeper explosion damage or whatever its called has been swithed off because i dont remember creepers breaking blocks but now they are.
could someone please reply as I'm very confused?

Creeper explosions break blocks in the resource world because plugins are turned off there.

Try doing /claimexplosions. Make sure it's set to off.

And make sure that it's claimed. That's most likely the reason. That parameter lieuwe mentioned should be defaulted to off.
