Ender Blender Updates

Hello everyone,
I have finally invested some time in upgrading the functionality of the Ender Blender. This update targets the railway that leads to the EB. I have restored permissions on the track so that you may bring your own Minecart and use it to travel to the EB, as opposed to taking the ice path. I have also placed Minecarts and cooked beef for sale at all stations.
