I was thinking about having player ranks for people who vote or donate. The rankees will have coloured badges. this is what i think:
[Coal] Vote: 50 times Donate $5USD
[Leather] Vote: 100 times Donate $10USD
[Stone] Vote: 150 times Donate $20USD
[Iron] Vote: 300 times Donate $40USD
[Gold] Vote: 400 times Donate $50USD
[Redstone] Vote: 500 times Donate $75USD
[Lapis] Vote: 1,000 times Donate $100USD
[Diamond] Vote: 1,500 times Donate $150USD
[Obsidian] Vote: 2,000 times Donate $200USD
[Wither] Vote: 3,000 times Donate $300USD
[Dragon] Vote: 5,000 times Donate $500USD
Sorry if the donation costs are too much, but the votes can cover that.
Also, sorry if this is in a thread, I just want to see your ideas from mine

If you start voting today, Wix, you'll be ahead of the game. The ranks would probably apply retroactively to your current vote count.
Also, to build on the idea of player ranks, how about getting gifted blocks upon rank achievement? Maybe a stack of leather, food, Rhines, or even ores? Actually this may be against Minecraft TOS, but hey we're brainstorming.

c) That's a lot of ranks
d) Something constructive is coming, don't worry
Looks good. Maybe as a reward you get a special set of leather armor colored to your rank? I don't know, it's not really an advantage, so it's not against TOS.
