Indeed this belongs in requests. But I'll address it here anyway.
As vast as the minecraft maps can be, we have limited space to house all players that play. We've seen a few thousand players within our time and we ever only actively house a hundred or so at most. Meaning if you aren't on within 60 days, your builds are taking space that an active player can be utilizing. There is no high likelihood of you returning if you aren't on the server for 60 days or more. So we put these areas as pending regeneration so a new player can play in it. However, if you can prove to be active, then we have no need to make 'inactive land' be available for new players.
Rome currently has 0 claims. We have no recent activity within that region. The existing claims are actively being looted. As such, this region will be regenerated. We also don't know who you are. Someone has approved your joining the forum, but your username doesn't reflect any users we currently have.
