I, AlexAlpha2, believe that new seniors should be elected. I know that seniors will be reading this message and just say no, but please read this whole message because I have spent a large amount of time brainstorming and writing. Some of the seniors do not like to help, and I do not blame them. For example if you are just building and someone asks you to go and help them it is hard to make progress. I believe BH should have senior and new seniors meet the following requirements. - Trustworthy
- Willing to help
- Very active
Also, there should not be too many seniors and there should be a place where people can apply to be a senior. Please think about this request. I have attached a pole to this message to see if people like this idea. |

I fully understand that seniors are regular players and want to play. I DO know how annoying it is to have someone bugging you all the time for help. That is why I am suggesting to make people that LIKE to help seniors. By no means am I saying that the current seniors are not good. I do understand that it is not fun to have people bugging you. Also, I UNDERSTAND that having too many seniors will be pointless.
Also, thank you for even taking this idea into consideration and replying. I hope to hear from you soon.

Perhaps another approach to this pole is finding out what the majority of issues players face when requesting help from seniors. For example:
- Are the problems player based, i.e., falling in lava having lost items.
- Can they be solved without senior intervention, i.e., being trapped, moving a craft without wanting to take it apart and rebuild, etc?
- Is it an issue that isn't immediate? Has the player voiced their concern in the forums? Are they able to join Discord?
Reminding players that this is a survival server and giving them the tools to progress might reduce the workload for seniors while also making good use of some of the resources readily available to them.

I understand what you are saying but seniors are still required. For example Morgul showed Poison the item elevator in aquarium the other day. There would be no other way that would have happened if there where no Seniors. That is why we need people willing to help like Morgul. |

I agree on the one hand but on the other hand i think that people will overflow applying for senior and it would be a pain for the current seniors to read through all the aplications so to help with that maybe the aplications should have to be on the forums and maybe a junior senior or JS system? idk this is just my thoughts im hopping back on the server right now baiii  |

The group of seniors we have are rather decently friend like. Just electing in new seniors will ruin this composition so we are not willing to take that into consideration.
We also already have a junior system.

Alex once again u r wrong as seniors are also players. As players there are a whole different variation of them.Its also their choice.And because u like to help a lot it doesn't mean others would
