A dilemma:
The resource world has the nether disabled, but mining isn't allowed in the main world. Does this still apply to the nether? If so, how can players get quartz?
If the resource world were to have the nether enabled, it would be preferable to modify the starting structure to have a nether portal so they don't have to be made for every reset (perhaps under the stairs?)

You can mine in the Nether. It is reset. Not as frequently as the Resource World, but nevertheless mind you.
