Newtown Shop Request

I request exclusive trust to the now defunct wood shop in Newtown so that I can stock it, set up signshops in it, and provide the citizens of Blockhermit with readily available stacks of logs. I am sure many hermits on the server have come seeking wood for sale in Newtown and discovered, like myself, that the only wood shop has no signshops within it and is therefore useless. Currently, all that the Newtown wood shop provides to Blockhermit is confusion and annoyance. It has been inoperative since I came on the server months ago, and presumably for months before that.

If I am allowed to take over the nonfunctional wood shop, there will be a visible, easily accessible front for wood purchase on the server. I will immediately set up usable signshops and begin to sell all six types of wood for reasonable prices. I have been farming large quantities of wood for the last two weeks, and I am ready to begin selling this resource. I believe that all of the shops in Newtown, especially the larger ones, should be functional. The best future for the wood shop is one under my management. It's certainly better than a continued life as a building without a purpose. Of course, if I cannot be provided with full rights at the wood shop on the street in Newtown, I would like my own stall.
