Ban request USC13

Hello there,

After overclaiming my entire base USC13 stole all of my stuff, everything is gone except for a bit of junk...
Diamonds, Beacons, Nether stars, Gold, Iron, (powered)Rails, Wood, Redstone...

All my hard work for nothing. Thanks USC13.
Normally I wouldnt do this but because of what he did to me and my base.
I'd like to see him getting banned!
