Is there a mod on Villagers?

I cured a zombie Villager and he became a leatherworker. I put him in my carrot farm until I can find him a couple buddies to make me some decent trading villagers. I then notice that he is replanting carrots that got uprooted when I used a minecart to get him in. Leatherworkers arent listed on the farmer list so I'm curious if the server has a mod or setting enabled that lets any villager farm.
