Newtown is full, need for a newer one!

With Newtown, the main place to sell your items and buy from others, coming to an end because of the number of shops that are there, we need a new official place to make our shops. But, it needs to be designed from the beginning to be better and more efficient than its predecessor.
For a start, I would suggest that the new region has a central spawn area where some prebuild stalls are located for small shops and then a large field of roads and plots of the size of around 10*10 blocks, for owners who want to create their own builds. Of course all of it will be managed by seniors and some standards and rules will apply to ensure that people don't build dirt houses in their plots, and also that un-managed shops will be given to other players after some time.
The main point is that a new region is needed and that it has to be nice and functional.
