Its good to know that Darkbay is becomin a semi shoppin district, but at the same time there's a problem appearing. I heard that there's plans on the "newer town" but something flashed through my mind when I visited Darkbay. Some people are buildin wood boxs for shops!! Maybe there can be a rule that force players to actually focus on buildin a shop at "newertown" So that the shoppin district could look a little better

The planned shopping district will only allow minimal building. Players will be renting property that is mostly prebuilt.

If some property is prebuilt, I feel that there should also be small (perhaps 12x12 to 15x15) plots for players to build their own shop. Some players just want to sell, that's true, but many (myself included) want the chance to construct a building that advertises and makes a statement about their products as well. Maybe the plots could be more to the outskirts of the "prebuilt" area. Just a quick idea, but one that I think would add a lot of character to the district and improve the economy. Thanks for your consideration.

Generally the pattern is that we give people a bit of room to build and they build these little monsters that are an eye sore. You can build however you like in your areas. If anything, advertise in your shop in the shopping district about your own expanded shop at your base. But these stores will be mostly prebuilt and will stay that way.
