I was gone for a week, due to my grand mother flying into town. I just logged in today, to restock and what not. Went to my chest in my base, and 70% of them are empty... Diamonds, gold , iron, red stone, enchanted books, etc, all of it gone...
I check my claims, all of them are gone. All that time I put on the server to gather those resources. It just hurts to log back in and it all be gone. What happened? If there something I missed about not logging in for a certain time? I am truly upset about this matter and would like a little help or information about this matter.

We've had a strict group of player claims coming undone. In the meantime, reclaim the area until we can get a senior to come online, see who looted your base, and hopefully issue a rollback for your losses as well.
Edit: I just noticed my phone autocorrected "a string of player claims" to "a strict group".

I've replaced as much of the missing items as I can, and reclaimed all the important things.
No claims should be lost unless someone has been offline for more than 60 days. We've had random claims vanishing for no apparent reason recently (Newtown has lost its claim at least three times), but it's been hard to work out why. I think I know what might be the cause now, but haven't confirmed it yet.

ive had the same problem with one of my claims too luckily i saw it before anything got stolen.

Roger I have logged back in this morning. Everything seems to have been returned. Thank you very much for that.
Looks like I am missing a couple mobs from my museum storage, but that is an easy fix, expect for that polar bear lol.
But truly thank you for all the help in restoring what had happened.
