I propose the first amendment to the server rules.

Dear Seniors.
Following an incident on the server today, I wish to propose an amendment to the rules.
The incident previously mentioned is as follows:
A player on the server stated that his or her "prank" was claimed by an undisclosed another user.
While I am all for innocent pranks, in an open public server environment, the chance of griefing under the guise of a prank is too high.
Or, other malicious acts, even if it is not viewed as such or intended by the pranker.
Therefore, I propose we instate a new rule in the server rules.
Amendment 0.1:
The action of performing "pranks, tricks, or fools" or the like, is prohibited.
The definition of "prank" is loose, and therefore we will fall back to the analysis of the definition by seniors,
the definition according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, which can be viewed on the internet.
End.
I am a strong supporter of democracy, and as such will leave a poll, so the populous of the server may vote on the outcome of this movement.
