How does one obtain a lvl 7 plot,and who is it for?

Lvl.7 Plot
- Located in Quadrants
- Custom plot, varied sizes (25x26)
- Reserved as Region Shops
- Regions Shops are owned by their respective mayors
- Mayors that own Region Shops may not own any other plots larger than Lvl.3 for themselves.
- Region members that set up shop in a Region Shop may not own any other plots larger than Lvl.1 for themselves.
- These special shops have a 5-member minimum in order to use.
- These plots are determined by their large size.
Copied and pasted directly from the first post about marker region that's on the top of the discussions subsection.
As for obtaining, you obtain it the same way you do any other stalls and the like. Contact a senior or open a thread requesting a plot as long as you meet the requirements.

if you dont like reading here is the short version
level 7 shop is for mayors, bla bla bla, its really big, you need 5 players minimum, and you can only have a level 3 shop or lower is you have one

That's not entirely accurate, Wixler. A level 7 shop is dedicated for mayors to open up a big shop (or mall) made up exclusively of that region's inhabitants. It's there to give players another reason to live together as a community.
