Rare resources

This thread is about limited resources. No, it is not a petition to add the elytra as an enderdragon drop, or have notch apples sold in an admin shop. This petition is for the well known and mined packed ice. Packed ice has been known to be disappearing from randomregions as well as normal regions. This is very unfortunate and makes that part of the server look bad. What I am petitioning for is a ice spike mining region. This would make mining this substance feel as if I am not taking a cool part of the server away with me so i can build farms, but as if i am getting any other old resource. There are already spots where people mine packed ice, so nothing would change besides the beautification of the world. I hope you agree with this and add it. I know it will add more work, but if this could happen, I am sure the server would be grateful.

As a side note, selling sponge bye an admin shop would not be a bad idea. It is somewhat rare, but is very valuable for building. Either way, the main subject of this thread is the packed ice mining. Thank you for reading this.
