I'm currently taking price suggestions for the existing admin sponge shop in the East Market. Keep in mind the rarity of sponge blocks and how hard it is to obtain them. The plan is to keep the price high enough assuming that people will still be able sell them at a good profit,if they obtain sponges themselves.

I have a question, partially related to this topic, I is there a sign shop trade thing? Like you trade something in your inventory for something. But, if so, maybe trade something in exchange for sponge. Or maybe a stack for 50k? Just an idea.

A stack for 50K?!?!?!
sponge is a good material for clearing out water. Although it is rare, you get more than a stack from one temple, and with the maps it would be relatively easy to find a monument (in a infinite world). there is also much less risk in it than in getting an elytra.

Well I bought my current sponge for about 20-30k because it is a rare resource. I would suggest 5-15k or so. That way it's possible to get but not overload the server with them too

I'm building my base on an ocean (even though I'm using a lot of redstone) so 4-9k a piece is affordable.
