I'm wary of putting anything that might cause extra lag in Newtown, it's a busy place and some players don't have very good computers either.
It may be better to put noteblock builds in their own region, or at least somewhere quiet like Racetrack.

It's done with a button. i can remove the loop and than it will play for a few seconds and stop.  |
