Renting Our Floors In My Tower

In this thread I wanted to state my intent on renting out floors of my tower, this tower is located in the region Sprucebay, if you follow our bridge you should come to it easily, it is a large tower with most of it consisting of black glass. I am only offering this to people I know I can trust and build sensibly, I already stated this offer on the message board of Sprucebay, though this thread will be way more informative. Prices for each floor will be bartered, the tower has a great view of Sprucebay and a lovely view of our leader Captain_Swaggins' base. The top floor will be the most expensive no matter what deal can be made. I am trusting no one go through my stuff on the bottom floor if I am to give permission. Some of the rules of ownership that will be made and enforced in the tower are as follows:

• No snooping around in the bottom floor (my storage)
• No touching the property of any others renting a floor
• No building into the floor or breaking any pre-built roof or wall
• Be sensible with what you built, don't be ridiculous with what you build
• I am the only one allowed to touch every part of the tower, residents will be expected to touch only the property they rented if otherwise told to
• Rent will be paid monthly to me in the form of rhines, no evasion if you are to evade the monthly rent you will be kicked out
• No rude or rowdy behavior within the tower, if you have a problem speak to me or a senior about it
• The tower will run on a 3 strike system with the third leading to eviction

I am hoping these rules will be taken to heart by any future renters and I hope to see anyone who reads this soon.
