region pit

hi I'm just on here to ask if it would be ok for me to start modifying region pit and claiming old parts of it, the main base and iron farm were built by me k4racken and others years ago however I remember k4racken quitting and his stuff has since been left gathering dust. would it be ok for me to revamp and demolish some heavily grifed structures?
