Ok now a few days ago i was playing and i left for a few seconds but when i logged back in i suddenly died it didn't give me any cause of the death and it was not shown in the chat when i went back to the place i was last at i lost all my tools including a mending sword mending pick and mending axe

if this is not resolved i will leave this server
