Disused Cool Builds

i have found that loads of cool builds are just lying around post more if you find one, this racetrack has been on the server map for as long as i can remember an i was there when the map was first started however i have never seen it without a baracaded entrance and thought it would be a cool find to share on here 
It's a build that was made specially for the new map, but the region never expanded as I thought it would. I always thought I should move the Arena to that region.
