If you have been on discords today, you might have seen this picture
Item Bound is a resource pack were if you name a item something, the texture will change, and it is really cool the possibilities.
First, you NEED optifine, if you don't have it, it will not work
also, make make sure that custom items (video settings -> quality -> custom items) is turned on

things you need to know:
-the resource pack needs to be on top of others, or else some pictures will over wright and it will not look good
-you can rename every thing with a anvil, i recommend to go to the EB for levels
-the list of names that you can rename your items is on the website above
