Tell yo kids, tell yo waifus--it's the BH Block It til You Drop It Summer Event!!!
Starting every Friday through July and August Blockhermit will host a weekly build challenge on our home server (server.blockhermit.com) where players can compete to complete different theme challenges for prize diamonds.
Every weekend we'll judge each of the submitted entries and the winning builds of the week will win a stack of diamonds. Contest themes will vary from buildings, to objects, even to your abstract interpretation of a word/feelings. Make sure to visit our forum every Friday to see what that week's theme challenge will be.
Build something great! All of the top winning submissions will be posted to the Blockhermit website where they'll live forever!
The deadline for submissions is the Thursday at 00:00 following the challenge announcement. This gives everyone about 7 days to get their builds built and submitted. Any late entries will not be evaluated. Submit on time!
Good luck, and may the blocks be ever in your favour!
EDIT #1: The maximum build area size has been expanded from 20x20 to 25x25.
EDIT #2: Included submission deadline.

Contest Rules
In order to enter there are only a few simple rules everyone needs to follow:
1. Be as creative as possible! There are no specific building guidelines other than to be as creative as possible. Please know that big builds =/= creative builds. Simple ideas, whether big or small, come in all shapes and sizes.
2. Your entry should fit inside of a maximum 25x25 claim area located within your own region. Entry submissions won't be admin claimed so you can keep using it in your region long after the summer ends.
3. Entries can also be submitted by teams of players rather individual players, however if you win as a group, you'll need to divide your loot amongst yourselves.
4. You cannot use the same entry for different challenges. Entries that don't fit that week's theme will be disqualified.
5. To ensure that everyone has a fair shot at winning, players cannot win top prize 3 individual entries in a row. Consider teaming up with a friend or two and split the prize together.
6. Players must have logged in at least 10 hours of server game time in order to compete.
7. Players caught griefing player entries will receive bans for intentional sabotage.
8. Any entries caught plagiarizing existing builds online will be automatically disqualified.
