The seniors do not work for Mojang or spigot and therefore cannot fix bugs such as these.

well.. i've seen shulkerboxes go for around 1k up to 3k but since it's not "easily" acquired i'd say you can basically sell them for up to 8k?? 10 k max..
since elytra's go from 50k up to 12k and are only found in end ships, whilst shulkers can be found in ANY end city (ship or not) and in quantities that easily allows for about 2-3 shulker boxes per end city, it's better not to cross 10% of elytraprices..

Maybe Hayan accidentally typed an extra zero? Cause I'm pretty sure she said 15,000 per shell XD ( Side note: Elytras goes form 50k up to 120k if anyone is confused with the "12k", and by anyone I mean nobody cares  |

why dont you just get some in the end?
get a elytra, find a end city, loot it, get shulker shells, then head east or west, since they generate in those directions
