that, in my opinion is the best idea
it lets new players get what they want and lets older players get there way too
I would personally wait to 1.14, as 1.13 doesn't add any generation changes, as 1.14 pretty much changes and entire ocean of stuff (no pun intended)

Ok this is my opinion(I only read some of the disscussion not all)
I agree with the thing about a resource world 1.13 or 1.14. It would be the best option honestly.
I really really hope the server doesn't reset, I would miss all the builds in dalaran, all that Rhine grinding and all that effort.
I just want to be able to keep my builds and I think a lot of you would want to as well.

I know that I'm kind of late to the party, but I would like to give my thoughts on it anyway.
Obviously, players newer to BH or just players with less stuff are going to support the idea of resetting the world, while players with much more experience and more time on the server will be against this.
If we are going to make such a drastic change to the server, I think we need a bit more of a reason than "It was better back then". I don't doubt and honestly hope that there is reset in the relative near future, but this must be accompanied by a large change in Minecraft (for example, Midnight Blade's post). But I think that if everything becomes a complete wasteland, resetting the world is going to be an appealing option.
Of course, resetting the world, no matter what the time, is going to cause A LOT of controversy so the decision shouldn't be weighed too heavily on how much players will lose, but still should be a deciding factor.

Considering what you said, players advanced enough, but still involved in growing might be the ones who are against the reset. (Really I don't know why I put that line in my post.) |

I have an idea if the server is ever reset.
We could do some kind of purge where everyone can pvp and attack each other in the last 24-12 hour before the reset. I have see this on other servers and it seems very fun but that’s just my opinion. Reply with what you think?

I don't think that's a very good idea.. A lot of people just want to finish their projects.
I'm still a fan of the 1.14 resource world.

When we did the 1.8 reset, there was some thought of turning off the protection plugin and having a wild TNT party on the last day of the old map. Never happened in the end.
